Each seller rates their book's condition as Like New, Good, or Used. We encourage honest listings, and buyers can report any mismatch after receiving the book.

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and cash on delivery (where available). All online payments are secured via industry-standard encryption.

Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location and the seller's city. You'll receive tracking details once the order is shipped.

Yes. If the book's condition significantly differs from what was listed, you can raise a return request within 3 days of delivery. We'll mediate and arrange a refund if valid.

Create a seller account, tap 'List a Book', fill in the title, author, condition, price, and photos — your listing goes live instantly for buyers to discover.

Listing is free. We charge a small platform fee (5%) only when a book is successfully sold, so you pay nothing upfront.

If an order isn't shipped within the stated time, you can cancel it for a full refund. Repeat offenders are removed from the platform.
